The Court is responsible for resolving judicial matters effectively, economically, and as fast as possible, and covers a range of issues, including all civil matters except family law, and various criminal matters. The objectives of the Court are as follows: 

  • To interpret and develop the law of the Commonwealth by handling disputes, thereby exercising the judicial capacity of the Commonwealth.
  • To offer a registry service to the public.
